Texas Southern University and other Historically Black Colleges and Universities have contributed significantly to employment opportunities for African Americans. Our Alumni and corporate partnerships can fuel these mechanisms. These relationships can help socially engineer and elevate the African American culture. Our strategy and programs place emphasis on access, opportunity, and influence.

Maroon & Gray Annual Affair

Texas Southern University will host its 3rd Annual Maroon & Gray Affair at the Marriott Marquis in downtown Houston. The purpose of this event is to partner with the community in a fundraising effort that will provide scholarships for deserving students. An enchanting night of fashion, music, and culture.

The TSU National Alumni Association is excited to welcome the Class of 2019 and celebrate their success at a special reception! This event is exclusively for TSU alumni and 2019 graduates.

Pre-Orientation and Culture Day

This is TSU alumni’s first chance to engage new students on the culture, expectations, and resources the institution has to offer. This one-day event is structured to encourage social involvement, build student pride, and provide support to the students and their families. Each participant will receive a care package.

Join the TSU National Alumni Association Metro Houston chapter as we raise funds for African American students and further bridge together our student/alumni network.. In bringing together community members and allies to connect over brunch, we hope to promote the importance of investing in today’s students through scholarship aid

TSU Homecoming Alumni Reunion

Alumni Reunion Weekend will coincide with Homecoming to create a TSU experience like no other! Students, faculty and staff, along with alumni, parents and community friends, will converge on campus for one amazing, multi-generational celebration. Attendees will enjoy great food, music, fun competitions, class reunion celebrations, family-friendly activities and opportunities to give back to the Houston community.
